By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described here. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from Creativ Stock.

4. Contributor content and public information
Contributor uploads are stored so we can process, review, display, and deliver approved assets. Asset previews, titles, descriptions, categories, tags, contributor display information, download counts, and view counts may be visible to visitors or customers when an asset is published. Do not upload private, confidential, or personal information that is not necessary for the asset.
Original contributor files are kept in protected storage where practical. We may retain copies of uploaded files, previews, metadata, and review records after removal when needed for legal claims, fraud prevention, accounting, backups, or to honor licenses already granted to customers.
5. When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host the application, store files, process images, deliver email, process payments, provide analytics, prevent fraud, and support customer service. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We receive transaction and status information needed to provide plans, downloads, refunds, and contributor payouts; payment providers may independently process payment details under their own privacy policies. The service may also use hosting, storage, email, analytics, or security providers whose systems may process information in other countries.
